JENE SWAIN
JENE
CRAWFORD SWAIN, son of Adelbert and Bertha (Myers) Swain, was born
March 27, 1939 at Avard, Oklahoma. He died Sunday, February
21, 2010 at Share Medical Center in Alva at the age of 70.
He
attended school in Quinlan and graduated from Avard High School with
the class of 1957. He worked for the Oklahoma Department of
Transportation in Alva 38 years. He attended the Alva Church
of God and the Seiling Assembly of God Church.
He
is survived by his wife, Rosa Whiteshield of Seiling, several
cousins, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death
by his father, September 18, 1948 and his mother, March 5, 1984.
The
funeral service was held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, February 26, 2010 at
the Seiling Assembly of God Church with Pastor Gwen Rutz,
officiating. Interment was in the Brumfield Cemetery at
Seiling under the direction of the Redinger Funeral Home.
